Carden Rose offers both consulting and advisory services. From our perspective, consulting is appropriate when a client has a clearly defined problem in need of a solution. As consultants, we are problem solvers, with a long history of successful resolutions. When we act in an advisory capacity, we serve as an impartial resource to help test ideas and then identify the pros and cons of proposed courses of action. Many times, we provide our clients with new and broader clarity to their challenges.
Our experts have decades of investigative experience, specializing in digital evidence. From corporate policy violations to conflicts of interest and from compromises of data security to violations of state and federal law, our principals have conducted and managed hundreds of investigations throughout our careers.
Carden Rose has extensive expertise supporting outside counsel and in-house attorneys in all facets involving digital evidence. Our years of providing consulting and advisory services have resulted in favorable settlements for counsel in litigation, successful prosecutions in both state and federal courts, the recovery of tens of millions of dollars stemming from fraudulent conduct and the education of counsel in best practices.
Carden Rose’s principals are all testifying experts, who have submitted oral and written testimony in dozens of civil and criminal law cases, as well as regulatory matters. We are skilled at aiding clients on either side of a legal matter, by drafting affidavits and declarations in support of and in opposition to the discovery process, by reviewing discovery received from the opposition to determine the viability and reasonableness of the demand or request and by serving organizations as 30(b)(6) witnesses.
Carden Rose provides clients with superior skills and experience in “e-Discovery.” We have served the litigation support industry and corporate legal departments to build, refine and grow electronic discovery programs. Currently, our focus is to provide our expertise to in-house and outside counsel who are responsible for managing litigation, regulatory investigations, business law disputes and employment law matters.
